Chief Operating Officer
Stuart’s Opera House (SOH), a growing, mission-driven, non-profit organization located in Nelsonville, Ohio is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO). Having recently completed a 5 million dollar capital renovation project, SOH is positioned for significant growth. The COO will be an integral member of the senior management team and will work to support the mission of SOH. The COO will be responsible for the continued development, refinement, and oversight of SOH’s financial management strategy and strategic goals while developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures in the finance, fundraising, staff management, and HR realms.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position that will remain open until the right candidate is recruited. The compensation is commensurate with qualifications, in the range of $50-60K/year, with comprehensive benefits offered upon hire.

Required Qualifications:
- College degree required. In lieu of a degree, extensive relevant experience considered.
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Minimum two years in a senior management role, management experience in non-profit sector preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
