The Nelsonville-York Drama Club, in conjunction with the Stuart’s Opera House Audio Recording Program, is proud to present the radio ‘A Christmas Carol’ for the community to enjoy this holiday season!

While this radio play is typically performed on the stage, we turned our 3rd floor Education Center into a large recording studio where students got to learn about a whole different side of theatrical performance. The Drama Club students used only their voices and creativity to communicate this rich and vivid adaptation of Charles Dickens’ Yuletide classic.

On behalf of the students and Stuart’s Opera House, we hope that you have a wonderful holiday season, and that we all can be a bit more understanding and empathetic to one another as we continue to battle the global pandemic.
