The 11th Annual Appalachian Spring Celebration returns to Nelsonville and the stage of Stuart’s Opera House on Friday evening, April 19th beginning at 7:30PM. This is our second Chautauqua-style show at Stuart’s Opera House marking the arrival of spring in our unique section of Ohio’s Hill Country. The show will celebrate this year’s LCBD Council theme: Music of the Little Cities: Coal Dust, Culture and Cause for Congregation. A variety of regional musical acts will be interlaced with historical and current day narrative to create an entertaining and educational experience.
